great location but average room size
The proximity to Paddington station made travel very convenient for me. I appreciated the lovely staff who provided a quick and welcoming check-in experience.
The room size was average but adequate for a solo traveler.

The location was perfect for our family outing. we visited Hyde Park and the kids had a blast. Plus, it was easy to walk to the main attractions, and we even found some pet-friendly spots nearby for our dog to enjoy.
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could be more spacious. My kids wished for more room to play, especially with our large dog around. A small play area would have been a nice touch.

Perfect spot for exploring London!
We had a great time here! Only a 4-min stroll from Paddington tube, so super easy to get around. Staff were really friendly and helped us with everything. The area has some fab little breakfast spots. Room was cozy, but it could’ve used a bit more soundproofing. a lovely stay!

Better room saved the stay
I stayed 2 nights as a solo traveler. The 1st night, the attic room was kinda cramped and the toilet was hard to use with the sink in the way. It was rough. But the next morning, they switched me to a much better ground floor room that was cozy. Plus, the breakfast was decent! Just wish the web communication was a bit better.

Great location just a few blocks from Paddington Station, super easy access to public transport. Loved the comfy bed in my cozy room and the fact that I could check in late. Very clean and quiet spot, perfect for crashing after exploring the city all day.

Great stay near paddington!
I spent 4 nights in a single room and it was awesome! Super friendly staff made my solo trip feel warm and welcoming. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the tube and tons of eateries around. Breakfast was nice too. Only thing was the bathroom was a bit cramped, but nothing too bad.

During my stay, I faced a situation when my friend needed a place to stay due to an unfortunate Airbnb incident. The staff helped her stay with me and even offered an upgraded room at a minimal cost. This kindness made a significant difference in our experience.
There were not many electrical outlets in the room, and the bathroom could have been better maintained.
